From each contributor we are looking for:
Short stories: 1 written piece of fiction up to 5,000 words maximum.
Poems: up to 3 poems of no more than 50 lines each.
Essays: 1 written essay of up to 1,500 words maximum.
Photographs and art: up to 8 pieces of photography or art. Please also ensure that your work is in high resolution digital format from one of the following file types: JPG., PNG., SVG., PDF.
Along with Issue 2’s theme of (un)belonging, we will be awarding a cash prize of €50 for best submission in each submission category.
That means in short fiction, poetry, essays, photography, and art, you could have the chance to win €50 and be named one of our featured creatives!
Entry into this competition is automatic, meaning all submissions will be considered. There is no fee to enter.
As always, we look forward to seeing all of the diverse talent that you have to share.
Issue 2 submissions are open as of August 8th! Submissions will close in six weeks time on Sunday September 19th at 11:59pm. So mark your calendars!
